Billing:
Orders are secured with a credit card.
This means that the credit card is simply
used to verify that you have enough credit.
This 'courtesy reserve' is charged when your
order is ready for shipping.
Terms of Agreement:
When submitting a purchase, you accept
that your initials act as an electronic
signature of your name, you understand that
your electronic signature is as valid as
your signing in person, you understand that

You further agree that AtlantisArms is released
from the need to have a physical imprint of
your card and a signature in pen. Also
agreed is that if there is any dispute over
payment and delivery of goods, you will
first contact and attempt to resolve any
issues you may have, allowing AtlantisArms no
less than 30 business days to reach a
solution.
Damaged Shipments:
If you receive a product
that was damaged in shipping, please email us on this form
Damaged Shipment. Please include your
order number (found on packing slip) and the name of the
carrier that delivered the package.
Return Request:
Return Requests
require an authorization number and may be
returned ONLY with authorization from our sales manager provided
within 30 days of sales receipt. Returned items may be subject to a
25% restocking fee. To request a return, use this form:

Sales are final on the following
items, but are not limited to video
tapes, DVDs, and special order items.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Avoid Taxes by
ordering online. Only Arizona residents are charged a sales tax of
approximately 8.1%. Our company is located in Arizona.
You are
responsible for knowing the laws in your own state, county, city,
etc.

The address is matched to the one you
gave to your Credit Card's bank.
This is to protect you and is a second
point of validation.
What is CVV2 or CVC2?
The CVV2 / CVC2 is a three-digit
security code that is printed on the
back of cards. The number appears in
reverse italic at the top of the
signature panel at the end. This program
helps validate that a genuine card is
being used during a transaction.

Many products ordered
from AtlantisArms.com are shipped directly from the company that
manufactures the product, so if you order more than one
item, each may arrive in a separate package. However, your
single order will reflect the total cost, including
shipping, regardless of the number of items you buy.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and additional costs
may be incurred for large and heavy items. Order
processing takes 24 hours, so shipping times should be added
to the processing period. Shipments are only delivered on
business days.
International shipments are subject to Duties,
Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country.
These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid
upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary
by country, and your local government determines the duty
and customs charges. Custom procedures may delay shipments.
"No PO Boxes or APO"
PO Boxes have several restrictions on
product that can be received. Why?
Well, the boxes are located in a Federal
building. This is a security
measure to protect the government
workers and property.
APO addresses have a history of not
making it to the end destination.
If you have an APO address, try shipping
it to a friend or family member.
