How long does it take to get my
order delivered?
In short,
most orders are filled in 4-10
business days.
From the time you hit "submit" on
the order form, Atlantis arms will
process your order within one
business day -- applying a courtesy
reserve on your credit card.
Once accounting has validated the
order, it is sent to the warehouse
for boxing. When the order is
confirmed "ready" for shipping,
accounting will then charge the
total amount of the order, print the
shipping labels, and get your orders
sent to you.
Generally the entire process takes
1-2 business days to complete.
Then depending on where you live, it
would take (generally) 2-4 business
to get
to you.
Orders are subject to inventory available, and filled in a first
come, first served basis. Our
inventory is updated every 48 hours.
If the inventory is not available to
fill your order that day, it is
delayed until the order can be
filled. If the order is
delayed more than 7 business days,
you will be notified there is a
back-order.
Can I
cancel an order after it has been
submitted?
Cancellations are subject
to a 25% cancellation fee.
Why? Many times inventory is
special ordered to fill your product
request. It you cancel it, we
still have to pay for it and for it
being shipped to us. Under the
terms signed in the order form, you
agree that the order is subject to
being charged up to 25% of the total
value.
The total percentage charged for a
cancellation is the authority of the
operations manager.
Can I return
products I order online?
Return Requests
require an authorization number and may be
returned ONLY with authorization from our sales manager provided
within 30 days of sales receipt. Returned items may be subject to a
25% restocking fee. To request a return, use this form:

Request.
Sales are final on the following
items, but are not limited to video
tapes, DVDs, and special order items. |
